What is VCAW (Virginia College Application Week?)
VCAW is a week held every year in the state of Virginia where several in-state and some out of state colleges waive application fees for high school seniors at eligible high schools (such as us!) with fee waiver codes to increase a college-going culture and to increase accessibility during the college-going process.
ALL THE DEETS:
-For us that means, I will share a list of participating colleges. And you can start to apply for free with the fee waiver codes during the week of Nov 16-20. However, you must ask me specifically for any college fee waiver code as respect to keeping it within the eligible high schools such as us!
-Once I give you the code feel free to apply, send pics and I'll share them on social media or I'll even take one if you would like!
-We will have a gift card raffle drawn and awarded at the end of the week to one lucky senior.
-Also, every college app= 1 entry so why not kill 2 birds with one stone and get college apps done and increase your chance to earn some extra money on the side!

***Plus this is a good week to ask your teachers where they went! They were in your shoes and will have great insight into their college which just might be your college of interest! Don't be afraid to ask!***
